International Airfares
We offer special tour-based international airfares from most South Pacific, Asian, and other worldwide gateway cities. We encourage you to get a FREE AIR QUOTE from CCT to compare with those airfares available from your home gateway city into the Honolulu International Airport (HNL). In some cases, with your currency conversion, it may be cheaper to purchase your air tickets locally.

Group Air Rates
Group airfares consist of a minimum of 10 passengers that travel on the same itinerary in both directions. Please indicate the number in your group and the travel dates, and we will provide a GROUP DISCOUNT QUOTE for you.

APVLC has chosen three great hotels* in the Waikiki/Ala Moana area, each with a special block of rooms reserved at greatly discounted rates (including Kama`aina or local resident rates and matching Internet rates). Each hotel has special features ranging from two to four star ratings with respective pricing. All hotels are walking distance to the Hawai`i Convention Center.

`Ohana (Family) Rates
If you are bringing your `OHANA (Hawaiian for family), please note the interests and ages of your KEIKI (Hawaiian for children), so we can develop some fun and culturally exciting programs they can attend while you are in the APVLC/HPGS Conference. Family accommodations are available (subject to availability) in most hotels, condos or on our inter-island cruises.
